Is it healthy to remove sugar from my daily food intake?

Yes. Diabetics do it. By the way the diabetic "menu" if you follow it is the healthiest choice anyone can make.

Yes, but just know that you will get natural forms of sugar in your diet from fruit, carbohydrates, and veggies. You will also get sugar from a lot of processed foods. I know you will feel a difference in your energy level from removing the added sugars like from sweet treats, soda, sugar added to coffee or tea, etc.....I did, I noticed a HUGE difference.

Well if your talking about sugar fats then yes, stop eating those kind of sugars, but if its the natural kind of sugars like in apple or grapes then no , there very good for you.

Of course it is ok. But good luck trying to avoid it... it seems like they add it (or high fructose corn syrup) to just about every food in the US.
