Condoms used with an additional spermicidal lubricant will be very effective, but not 100% guaranteed. Condoms have been known to rupture.
If you both agree that you no longer want to reproduce in the future, consider a vasectomy. Even then, I have heard that couples have had to deal with unexpected pregnancies.
The only 100% guaranteed method is abstainance and I figure that is not the answer you are looking for.

We are missing a major part of this question. Why won't your wife use any contraceptive? Does she want a child and you don't? Or is she just hesitant to try a method? If she is just hesitant, have her talk to her gynecologist to review all the options available.
If all else fails, have her use a spermicide while you wear a condom.

The depo shot worked great for me, although it did make me gain weight and really f*cked with my sex drive... A lot of women react differently to contraceptives, so the best I can say is use a condom, or either of you get 'fixed'..

Well, if YOUR wife REFUSES to use anything, then it is up to YOU...the HUSBAND, the MAN.
Seriously...
My husband and I used condoms (Lifestyles were good) and contraceptive foam RELIGIOUSLY for 5 years and they were 100% effective...The contraceptive foam is the back-up plan for any leaks, etc. I know, I know, it's can be somewhat of a hassle...but consider this...WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH...ALL day and night long...for MONTHS...YOU choose.
I also suggest Astroglide Lube...it is condom friendly

How badly do you want not to be pregnant again
if thats it , vasectomy
if not condoms and abstinence for you are the only reliable methods

Well what ever she does dont use the depo shot very bad stuff when i didnt take the next shot i had a period lasting 2 months no joke.

If you guysare not planning on having kids I think it chould be the mand to have to be the one to get snipped. If you are planning on having kids then i would suggest her trying the NUVA RING and if she does not want to try it look like you are going to have to wrap it up buddy!

How about condoms. . . try Pleasure Plus or some of the other fancier condoms. They're not THAT bad.
