Law in itself is such a good field. Why do you want to do an MBA after that!!!!! Its so absurd.
The law will remain useful but a typical and sooooo common MBA???? your choice......

Laws will always change. It is the responsibity of all citizens to remain informed regarding those laws, not just lawyers. I don't think the laws would change enough in the time it takes to get an MBA to have a negative affect.
Here is something you might want to consider if you want to get bith degrees. There are schools that allow you to pursue an MBA and JD (Law Degree) at the same time and in the end save time and money (tuition). For example at Arizona State University Law School = 3 years, MBA = 2 years, but when you do the program where you do them at the same time, you can complete both degrees in 4 years.
I'm also going to answer the person above who answered first and asked 'why would you want an MBA if you already have a law degree?'. One very practical reason would be if a lawyer wants to open their own practice or legal counceling business. Having the MBA degree would be helpful in making sure your business gets off on the right foot and would also provide the needed know-how to run your business effectively and profitably.

What do you want to be when you grow up? If you want to practice corporate or tax law, an MBA would probably serve you well. If you want to be a public defender, why bother with two more years of school? A law degree will always be useful. The question is, can you use it to accomplish your personal goals? Everyone needs a lawyer at some point: private individuals, businesses, and governments. Where do you want to end up? Law school (ideally) teaches you to find the law and remain aprised of its current state. So, who cares if the law changes? It will change regardless of whether you seek an MBA. It's not like you're going to forget how to do legal research, or you'd be an ineffective lawyer anyway.

To work successfully as a lawyer, no. A law degree might help you more with an MBA than an MBA would help you with law.

well ... let's clarify something first.... if you can not spell or if you can not make a coherent sentence, then you really have no reason even asking whatever it is that you are trying to ask. Try again, and perhaps someone may be able to answer you. Wow... I would hope to God that you are foreign and that English is not your 1st language.... because if it is then you really ought to throw yourself out a window.
