definately a woman...a man could never invent something that looks so uncomfortable.....string riding up the crack is something a man could never concieve on his own.....WE ARENT THAT BRIGHT!!!!

I think men must have, what woman seriously wants underwear stuck up there??? Men did it just to see more of women's bottoms. Especially like those itty-bitty bikinis at the beach!
