I dont get it, I mean we all used to like it, and now its "stupid and childish and lame." Lately I have been thinking about it and it was a cool concept. Maybe it was a tid bit childish at times, but for anyone out there who likes rpgs, there are alot of rpg elements in pokemon. So Im just wondering what some of you think about why people dont like it anymore...Serious answers.

Well like I understand people moved on, but it has so much appeal. I thought I had moved on years ago, until I just heard someone mention it and it brought back all those memories of hours of playing the card game.

Pokemon was cool until everyone started liking it when I was your age. Trust me, in 5 years, watch your fave Saturday morning-type cartoon (simpson's/family guy don't count)....it will be stupid. I could'nt believe that I ever watched Inspector Gadget when I was little after catching it a coupla years ago....

My son who is 12 loved Pokemon when he was 5-7. Now his friends are thinking it's cool again. These kids are jocks. it's funny.

it was "in" for so long i guess it just had to leave, the video games were cool, trading cards ok, the show SUCKED i learned everything about it then came Yu-Gi-Oh!
