I like all kinds of cheese, except German. One day, my dad gave me a German Cheese and was like mold to my tongue. That's just my personal view of 'cheese', everyone's different.

My favorite kind of cheese is string cheese. I think that's mozarella. It doesn't stink as much as other cheeses, and is easy to peel. Oh, and I also like that spicy cheese they use on nachos, but that cheese probably isn't 100% natural...

Swiss cheese and brie tie for first. Followed by munster. Bringing up the rear - or down, depending on how you look at it - is Cheese Wiz :-)

omg, yeah! Blue cheese is probably first choice. But I love all cheeses...black diamond sharp cheddar is excellent...alpine lace Swiss is very good...fresh mozzarella is yummy...and I even like an American grilled-cheese sandwich...
