well to fix errors without software is easy. first wait for the error to pop up. there will most likely be a error box with an error #. copy down that number and anything else in the box. then go to google or yahoo. or what ever your search engine is. then simply search "(name of program)(error code #)" ex: "windows movie maker error code 09734" and you will get some results on how to fix the errors. now your computer should have came with a manual. if you open up that manual and go to the VERY back of the booklet, there will be a list of common error codes and how to fix them, and what to do if they cannot be fixed easily. alot of errors are fixed after running and installing Windows Updates. and after restarting.

Errors in your computer is mostly generated in the Registry.

You fix them by running registry cleaner or repairer software.

There are dozens of registry cleaner software on the net. Just type Freeware Registry Cleaners in your Yahoo search.
