I lost my yahoo password and I dont remember the zip code I put in being I made this account more than 5years ago. How can I get this account back? It has alot of information in it that I need. It could be possible that someone hacked my account. What do I do.

I dont see any option for a secret question.
I go to put my info in for zip and all that jazz but no secret question
since I dont remember my zip since we have like a billion they suck

if u do not remember info you originally entered, you are screwed and yahoo wont care.

Only way to get back your acc. by answering secret question. If u forgot too, then nothing to do. It's not possible to change secret question in yahoo. So, if someone hack your account then it's still possible to get back your account by answering secret question.

if you know your user name but not your password, there should be a prompt to help you remember or reset it
