Is there a certain kind of swim suit bottom i can buy to make my hips not look so large?

i have wide hips and a not so big butt so i need to know if there is any kind of swim suit bottom i should look for, like lowrise, shorts, etc

I was blessed with wide hips as well... I find the most slimming ones are entitled boy shorts...they look like a little pair of shorts...I love em! Oh and white will only accent the bigger parts...try something with a tie or belt on it to accent your butt! GL!

Skirted suits are not just for old ladies anymore and do wonders to hide hips. Check out the ones below. Very flirty and retro. Just like that magazine cover with the desperate houswives crew on last year's vanity fair. I have narrow hips and would love to wear any of these very cheap swim suits. They'll make you look like a retro pinup model, who all had full hips.

isn't a french cut supposed to make your hips look slimmer. I don't wear two piece suits anymore, (cant keep the top on)but the one piece is french cut. The low ride shorts sound cute as well though.

try shorts or one with a straight skirt and something not too flashy. Draw attention to something else besides your hips like your bust
