We had to take it in about 2 months ago because the "something hose" and all the freon leaked out. Now it only blows cold air if we are driving, if we are stopped, it blows warm air. The faster we drive the colder it gets! We've also noticed a slight stutter once in a while when the air is on. Any suggestions what it might be, I don't want to go to the mechanic blind.
We live in Florida, help!!

Doesn't sound like he put enough refrigerant in it. He may have skimped and replace the high pressure hose (with the cycle switch) with a cheap, homemade hose and jumpered the high pressure switch. I would take it to a different mechanic and if you find foul play, take the guy to court that messed up your car.
