I desperately want to improve my poor eyesight. please give the basic things given in the book.

How strange you should ask this... I've just seen him on the net and responded to his offer to download the first chapter - should be in my emails any time now. That was free; I'm not sure about paying for the whole book. I'm rather interested to see if it does any good. I've also heard here in England about a guy who gives very expensive seminars on exactly the same subject, and some people interviewed on TV say the technique has made a difference. I don't know if it's Christopher Markert. There is a new treatment also which doesn't involve surgery or exercises - apparently you can get contact lenses from your optician - after a thorough check-up - which you wear at night only, while sleeping. These change the shape of your eye to correct the myopia or hyperopia, and during the day you take them out and can see either perfectly or much better! A TV presenter tried them out for a few weeks and it worked for him. However, I don't know what it's called. It would be worth asking your optician. Otherwise, if you're OK with it and have the money, some research into laser surgery might be the answer.

I don't know about the book that you are talking about. However, I recently started doing eye exercises to improve my vision. I am seeing some improvements, which is great encouragement to continue.

There is something called the Palmer method. One of the techniques is to look at something near, like 12 inches away then look at something far away , then near then far etc. It relieves eye strain and is very important for computer freaks like you and possibly me.

False,my eyesight is still decent enough to get me around to navigate and look for them.
