Its an odd thing but I think it's safe to say that most american parents would rather let the kids see a couple of beheadings then a couple of boobies

Okay, that's a little rediculous. my parents have let me watch R rated movies since, well, forever to be honest with you. they never really cared what the rating on movies was, they just care if there's sexual content. if there's like a butt shot or something they don't care, but if it's like in Underworld Revolution where they show them having sex explicitly or in Wild Things where it show's Kevin Bacon's... um... member, then they'll make me turn away or something. But other than that...
And like the person before me said... it's thuroughly embarassing to watch nude scenes in front of my parents because you're not really sure how to react.

There's very little nudity. There may be a number of drug use within the movie. It's a great movie and that i think you should watch it along with your mom and dad. Also remind your dad and mom you aren't the girls within the movie.

your parents may be embarrased or not approve of this type of movie. My kids are grown and I don't like this kind of movie. When we were young, there were x rated movies and dirty old men went to see them....now pg and r movies are as bad or worse than x rated of long ago.....there is no excuse for it except the fact that most directors in hollyweird are acting like horny 15 yr old little boys.....I prefer some class and prob your parents do as well......

No. However, watching a movie with nudity in it around my parents is thoroughly embarrasing. Especially if there were nude sex scenes.

? Dam. You're LONG past the age where yer folx have the right to be pissy over ya seeing nudity. Tell em you're an adult now; and having done their job, have nothing to worry about. I'd be gentle, but explain that you consider people equating any nudity to sex as an ingorant attitude. (if you see it that way of course) They may be uncomfortable with nudity but need to understand that you're old enough to make decisions about your own sexuality.

My parents are in different states and were complete;y different, one was very strict and the other could careless.
As a parent myself I guess I'm little more strict, but not as bad as my Dad was.
However even now that I'm 31 years old married 4 kids I can't watch anything with sex in it with either of my parents.

Not really unless I was like 10 or younger then they might just tell me to close my eyes but now that I'm old enough to see them on my own they don't really give a $hit I mean come on it's like my choice...plus you're 19 what the hell are they worried about you seeing that you don't already know...or have experienced?
