How/ where do i exchange my aluminum can tabs for money? Is it true you can get money for them, or is that a myth? Any answer will help!!

It's an urban legend. It was told that a gallon milk jug full was worth $60.00. In actuallity it's the same price as cans.

It's a sticky situation. Money has broken up families and friends. You didn't explain alot in details. Does he repay you? How long does it take for him to repay or ask for more money? If it's a constant think, and you know the money isn't being spent wisely, than don't give it. If he's Truly a good friend and you understand the situation in which he needs money. Than let him know that until he repays you back you will not lend out more. Make it into a contract. Maybe also start mentioning that you are short on money..that way he might not think of you for any help. Only you know his ways, plus if hes a close friend you should be able to talk to him about it. good luck,tc

Go to an aluminum can exchange.....You can find them by calling 411, or shopping centers sometimes have them...It is true because i have gotten money for my aluminum cans!!!

salvage yard, they pay the same for pull tabs as any other scrap aluminum

you have to take them to a place that recycles aluminum. be warned though, you're likely to get only pennies per pound
