Hot bubble bath, a smoke and a good magazine usually does it for me....omg now i want to do that...lol

Draw a hot bubble bath, some cool tea, with lavender salt crystal to put in the water, and either get a good book to read while you soak, or listen to some soothing music.

Half hour of hard head banging music, then going straight to sleep without a word. Music cheers me up..no matter what!

And a hot shower before sleep makes it more soothing.

Change in something casual, take my blind dachshund for a walk, come home and watch t.v. and treat myself to a Bailey's Irish Cream!

some music (if was exceptionally "busy" it must be "orchid") , iced expresso, dr.pepper, incense and jager.,, but if i had some horses that would probably take the place of the jager.
