Actual Ipod, Earphones, USB Cable, Itunes CD, little protective sleeve, manual, box. My mini came with a belt clip, I don't think that the new video ones do though.

The main ipods, discludes shuffle includes the iPod with battery, headphones (not of great quality, often need to replace with quality pair), proper hookups to transfer music from your computer to your iPod, and instruction manuals. The shuffle includes a usb hookup, necklace (snaps on and goes around neck, and instructions. Hope this helps you out alot! Additionally different models have included cases. Current generation does, discludes shuffle.

WELL I GOT A SHUFFLE AND MINE CAME WITH THE IPOD THE INSTALLATION CD SOME INSTURTIONS AND TWO LITTLE BOTTOM COVERS THAT IS ALL
