lol. while i do think that being gay is caused by some type of genetic difference (all life is geared toward breeding, so being gay doesnt make sense from the standpoint of survival), i think its silly to think its a disease. you think you can "catch gay"? thats just absurd.
secondly, someone already listed its a choice... well, when did you CHOOSE to be straight? i bet you didnt, you just are. so, how come you dont think the same is possible for gay ppl? most ppl think of it like "well, i'm naturally straight, so they're denying what they are naturally.... well, try and prove that an gay individual isnt naturally gay..... you cant.
and maybe its the way of our species to ensure that we dont overpopulate, or to prevent future generations from having weak genes or something. that kind of thing happens to animals all the time. only the strongest and fittest are the ones that father children. maybe a naturally gay tendency is natures way of preserving future lives.
and lastly, gay ppl should be allowed to get married, because married couples get different breaks on taxes etc. i dont care if a church doesnt agree with it, thats their choice. but marriage was originally a religious thing, but the government adopted it and gave married couples special rules (like seeing a loved one in the hospital, if you're married you can. if you're not married, you're screwed). but arent we supposed to have separation of church and state???? well, if you're a government thats giving some ppl perks, everyone should be entitled to those perks. otherwise the government shouldnt recognize ANY marriage amongst anyone.

You know it is not just people that are gay. Animals can be gay also. Ask any person who works with or is around animals. Gay is also in the animal world. It is just one of life's mystery's, which is what scares some people. Others accept, or find it interestingly different than their own life.

I could tell you all about why women are lesbians, but men, I got no clue. Men are just plain ugly. Everything from their personal appearance to the attitudes and lack of respect. I dont know how women do it.
