Shop press depending on the bearing. Roller bearing or tapered bearing (they are roller too). If it's an older style tapered bearing, you shouldn't replace the race unless it's damaged to save you the trouble. If it's a newer styler barrel style roller bearing, you have to press the whole thing out and press the new one in. I would advise, if possible, to pack the new bearing with some high temp grease. The grease they come with isn't so good.
