How do you decide were to live?

Im from spokane WA and my husband is from brewton AL. Weve been living in alabama for five years but I miss my family. He's not as close to his family but the weather is milder here and the prices are cheaper. He says its up to me but I know he really dosnt want to leave here. I dont know what to do.

Im also from spokane wa and my husband is from georgia. Which is where we have lived for the last four years. If you can choose. GO HOME if you are close to your family and the weather is the only reason your in the south then go home. Family is way more important that milder weather.

He's never going to want to leave his homeland. Its very common for those who grow up in a region to want to stay there because they understand the way things work there, which makes them comfortable.
This is especially true of places like the deep South where things can be very different from other parts of the country. He may not be so attached to his family, but he is probably VERY attached to his way of life. He is unlikely to change as it's also common in the South for the male to dominate relationships (just watch young children playing and the bias is obvious, with a young girl giving in to the arguments/ideas of a young boy...I'm sure this is changing with time but things move very slowly in the South.
So I would suggest you try moving back where you are most comfortable for a while to see if he will accommodate the idea. You may find that after being home for a while you are happy to move back again, but if not I suggest you move on....permanently

Please make the decisions and solutions regarding a problem by ur self. Have a time to converse with ur spouse to make the thing work better.
