My linguistics lecturer once told us that the funniest word in the world is 'duck'. Apparently, the funniness crosses all linguistic boundaries. Ente, pato, canard, anatra, doesn't matter which language, it's native speakers find it funny. Nobody's quite sure why.

Orangutan butt. I know it's two words but Jay marvin used to get old ladies on his radio show to call in and he'd get them to say Orangutan butt and it was funny as all.

'Gouleyant', in French. It means 'light and fresh', as in a meal. It sounds ridiculous, and I found it in the dictionnary once. It's so weird it's now one of my favourite words in my mother tongue (being French).
