does anyone know how to get rid of some emails that are sent to yousomeone told me to spam them but,wont work?

Delete them. Block the address they are coming from. Most email services have it, even yahoo. Go my account, and look for the option.

Yeah, junk mail is a drag.

Depends on (1) your ISP and (2) the email program you use.

Outlook (not Outlook Express) has a good function for blocking emails from a particular user. Check into your program's Help section under "Junk Mail". Otherwise, contact your ISP. They are very concerned about junk mail, as it costs them money.
