what do you mean by seis? Do you mean an STD? If you mean STD then that means its a sexually transmitted disease, and she got it by having sex with someone who has had exposure to the disease.

If you mean a cyst then that can be caused by an infected pore or an ingrown hair. It is more common than many people think. There is no issue with hygene there, except that if she shaves her private parts it can contribute to the ingrown hairs. Have her Dr. look at it and drain it if possible. If it's large enough she might need surgery to remove it so it doesn't return. The doctor will probably also perscribe an antibacterial ointment.

I believe you mean a cyst. Cysts are not the cause of improper hygiene or of any other action. A cyst occurs spontaneously and is the result of overactive growth of tissues. If it is benign, meaning noncancerous, it can be surgically removed and may or may not return. Cysts are a medical mystery for the most part, and no one really know what causes it. It is probably harmless, but should be seen by a doctor.

I think you need to spell whatever it is correctly...do you mean cyst???? If so, it has nothing to do with hygeine. It is caused by an accumulation of fluid, exudate under the skin.

It's likely not hygeine. It could be a bartholin cyst. Can range from mild to very painful. If it's very painful, she can see her doctor to lance it. Sorry for the graphic info.
