I'm pro-choice. A woman's rights come before that of the clump of cells and tissues that have invaded her uterus.

I'm pro-life, except in the case or rape, incest, or terminal illness by either the mother or child. Interestingly, I was always pro-choice as a college student...the thought that I may accidentally get knocked-up and not be able to terminate the pregnancy was terrifying. Actually, I think a lot of women are probably like me - we don't like the idea of people unnecessarily ending pregnancies, but on the other hand, we can all imagine a scenario when being pregnant can seem like the end of the world. I remember thinking (at about age 19) "if I got pregnant, what kind of life can I provide for my child? Would I be a fit parent? Would the child have a father?" I suppose the ideal answer is that no one should have sex before they are ready to have children...but in any case, accidents can happen - pills don't work, condoms break, etc. It's a tough call, and it's no wonder we have both sides arguing with such vehemency.

The correct term is pro-life, not anti-choice. But I am definately pro-choice to answer your question.

A little bit of both. I think abortion for abortion's sake should be illegal, but should be an option for cases of rape, incest, or pregnancies that pose a serious health risk to the mother or child. I can't condone abortion just because the mother doesn't want the discomfort of pregnancy and childbirth, especially when the father has no say in the matter.

Are you Pro-Death or Anti-Death?

I hate manipulative semantics, especially those propagated by special interest groups.
Aha. yeah. Aha.

I think when someone walks up to a vending machine, they should be free to choose whether to get a Snickers bar or a bag of potato chips.

I believe that the government should stay out of a person's life as long as they aren't breaking the law . GOD gave us moral laws to live by and if we don't live by them , GOD , not man will take care of that . All men are sinners and who but GOD , is to say , who's sin is the greatest.
