I was 7 months pregnant, sitting on the edge of my bed getting dressed. The TV was on in the background. I overheard them talking about the first tower, then all of a sudden there was the second attack. I thought for a second it was an instant replay. I remember wondering what was going to be happening by the time my baby was born. I was scared.

I working as a manager at Wendy's when it came across the radio. Needless to say it was like business just stopped. Everyone including the customers just stopped what we were doing and listened to the terrible news. A few people myself included went to special prayer immediately. It is times like this that you can see the true Christians who aren't afraid to Pray in public. My family hasn't forgotten that day, and I don't think we ever will.

Sleeping. My mom woke me up going "oh sh*t" and we had the TV on CNN for several days straight until it was obvious they were just milking it for ratings since there was nothing new to report. I remember frenziedly checking to make sure all my friends from NYC were still alive, which was tricky considering most of them weren't exactly thinking about getting online heh.

I was sleeping until my Mother woke me up. I started watching the coverage just as the second plane hit. I think we need to remember it, but not dwell on it.
