Take the goldfish to Ripleys Museum for it is the first of the farting goldfish in existence, if they do not take it then just flush it down the toilet. Or you could stop feeding it beans!!!!!

It's probably not farting, he or she is probably trying to attract a mate. I'm guessing that there are a lot of bubbles at the top of the tank? Male fish create bubbles for females to lay eggs in and then they fertilize them.
It's not farting its a mating ritual. Your fish is horny!
