Try using the purpose gentle cleansing bar. You can get this at Walmart and it's cheap. It's good for oily skin and it's oil free and it won't clog your pores at all.

Pure & Natural brand soap is good. Try washing just once a day, no matter how oily your skin gets. Excessive washing tends to stimulate the sebaceous glands to secrete more oil. Also, consume less carbohydrates, especially sugar. They get converted by insulin into fat and oil, some of which ends up on your skin.

Fresh-squeezed lemon juice is the best cleanser.
And for a nightly mask while you sleep, spread some mustard over your face.

By the Way, the vitamin E in your Dove soap is probably making your face oilier. Change to something else.
Plain dishwashing liquid will obliterate the oil just fine.

I also have oily skin, I have tried many different soaps. Jaffra (similar to Avon or Mary Kay) Works great!!! It is so mild and gentle but it gets the job done.
