to do any real shopping on ebay, you're going to need a credit card. so you'd be best off to ask mom and dad for some help.

It would probably have to be through your parents. I think PayPal involves money transfer through credit card, which is what most people use on ebay, so yeah, you would probably have to have your parent's permission to buy/sell.
