Hinata would be best, because Naruto is already a trouble maker and if you combine it with hinata shyness what a match. Now if he was match with sakura don't expect a "quite" relationship, If you konw what I mean.

Hinata! Because Sakura is too obsessed with Sasuke to have any time to like NAurot... plus hinata likes Naruto... it's so cute! But Naruto is too dumb to figure it out!

Hmm... That's tough. I think Sakura would be tougher, honestly... Hinata seems VERY weak. HOWEVER..... based on Hinata's bloodline... she could be a decent match for Naruto... compared to Sakura.
It's really a tough one! But Nine Tails would beat anyone I think... so Naruto would win.
