You don't provide much information -- but if you got an Email telling you this and they want your credit card number, then this is a well known scam.
Do NOT provide your bank account number or a credit card number to anyone. If it is real, they will send you a check.

Most likely that was a spam email saying you won. You won nothing. If you give these people your bank information, they will steal everything.
In addition by responding, your computer may now have a virus. Make sure you check your computer for viruses.
Sorry, I wish you had won. But don't let those guys steal from you!

How did you find out you won - over the internet? If so, get the police to check out - it is for sure a scam.

If you got an email or letter saying you won a lottery you don't recall entering... then yes it is a scam.
