And you know what really crazy? The Media said he might of still been alive and the Marine beat him to death.....What! Didn't they just bomb him? Why are they worried about beating him up! The photographic evidence of the justifiably violent deaths of these creatures was presented to the media in order to try to convince some of the wackjobs out there like you that they are actually dead. So now instead of fabricating conspiracy theories about how they're not really dead and it's all propaganda, now you fabricate conspiracy theories about Marines "murdering" him. That is a vicious and disgusting lie.
The Marines who arrived on the scene after the bombing actually attempted to give Zarqawi medical aid, as is the official practice of all US armed forces after an enemy has been injured. No, it makes no sense to most people; if you just tried to kill them, why would you turn around and try to save them? But that just shows you the insane lengths to which our military goes in order to promote justice and fair engagement practices.
If you don't like the pictures, look away. Just don't try to censor the rest of us who like to see concrete proof of the removal of evil human debris from this planet. The rest of us enjoy that sort of thing.

You need to understand the culture over there. The Arab culture is a "seeing is believing" type of culture. If you just tell them that someone as infamous as Uday and Qusay Hussein, or Al-Zarqawi is dead, they probably won't believe you. When the military puts these people's pictures on the news, they are offering an assurance to the Iraqis that these people are really dead.

As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
The reason they always show the bodies is that many skeptical people would never rest easy if they didn't see photographic proof that these people are really dead.
You have to understand the level of fear these people incited. Saddam's sons were like the devil incarnate. If you just read a newspaper article that they were dead, would you believe it?

they showed his picture to prove he is dead , and he was not beat up , and ill tell you zarqawi loved posting beheading videos on his website and you accually could tell some of these ppl that were beheaded had been beat before they died , if anything i hope the reason they showed his dead body was to show him in the same light he showed all of his hostages . listen rebel boy be like him end up like him!

You are right, they have to prove to the crazy terrorists that he is dead, or they will continue to insist he isn't.
There are rules of war, so yes beating him up after he is defenseless is wrong. But I doubt that happened.
And yes you are right, the news media companies sway people buy changing or using catch words. For example they keep refering to Immigrate rights. Well, immigrants already have rights--pretty much the same as us, but ILLEGAL immigrants (here as criminals) don't have any rights.

i did not look at those pictures, If the Osama pictures get released I received't see those both. what is going to it teach? people will feign photoshop and declare he remains alive. the adult males head replaced into shot off. I comprehend that is closure yet nevertheless.
