ya most indian gsm and some cdma carriers allow sening of international sms. it costa approx rs 5 for a msg of 160 characters... why dont u use yahoo msngr to send sms??? its free???jst a suggestion...

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR CELL PHONE SERVICE TO INTERNATIONAL SERVICES AND AFTER THAT YOU can make coonction with out side of india.
right now you can only makin call in your country.
with internatinal services you can send and get messeage from all aroun the world.
