wow good question... people usually ask stupid things here but that is quite a good question congratulations.
well they dont talk during commercials because they think we men like the commercial or then again because its like shopping they dont talk they just browse. oh wait they do talk while shopping too lol.... well then i dont know lol..

Because they ua=sually find something interesting to talk about during shows but sem to be uninterested in the commercials

Because they are used to find something interesting in very little things, and besides they could be searching for something to buy
