On 17-06-06 I heard in the news that the Saturn and the Mars is passing through very close path first time in the History. Do this have any impact on earth either Magnetic or anything?

No effect. They're so far away their magnetic and gravitational fields have only the most infinitesimal influence on the Earth.

Mars made its closest pass in recorded history in August of 2003. Saturn was at its closest for the year in January. What happens during these events are that hordes of amateur astronomers get out their telescopes and enjoy the view.

All the major planets in our solar systems are in neat concentric orbits and don't interfere with each other.

The only effect will be .. People who heard about this will be glued to the TV NEWS to find out whats happening.. apart from that nothings happening on earth
