qualities, societies, communities and lots more. As pointed out by, i act blonde15, basically all words that end in y can be made plural with "ies'. However exceptions are there for the rule too.
eg: adverbs ; Adverbs become nowns and drop Y and become 'INESS'
Spelling rules are such that the words ending in Y drop the letter Y and become 'ies' in plural forms

Take most any noun ending in "y", and make it plural.
