What are the best restaurants in the Outer Banks, North Carolina?

When I went to the Outer Banks in '04, two of my favorites were the Diamond Shoals Restaurant and the Buxton Munch. There was also an ice-cream shop located at a fork in the road, along Hwy 12, across from a place with the name "Bilbo's" in it. I forget the ice-cream shop's name, so when you respond about favorite restaurants, can you tell me the name of the ice-cream shop, too?

Just to narrow down the area I'm asking about...from Nags Head and into Ocracoke.

Basnight's Lone Cedar is excellent. Beach prices like anywhere else, of course. But the food is fabulous. I suggest going for lunch. It is located on the Causeway coming into Nag's Head from Manteo.
