This isn't a science or math question, but I know the answer to it!
Feregni women traditionally were not allowed to wear clothing, engage in business matters, travel, or speak to men who weren't related to them. They were considered property until Quark's mother got it in good with the leader, the Grand Noggis.
Quark's mother was the equivalent of a Ferengi feminist. At home, unbeknownst to her sons, she handled the finances. Ferengi culture is greedy capitolistic and when a Fergengi dies, if he's been a good at making money, he would go to the Divine Treasury. Quark's mother handled the family fiances because her husband was an inept businessman.
When she began seeing the Grand Noggis she realized he was becoming somewhat senile and he welcomed her intellicetual input. Much to Quark's embarresment, his mother began wearing clothes, going out in public, and making her business skills known. It didn't take long befor Ferengis realized that a liberated woman is a woman who spends a lot of money, and thus a whole new sector of Ferengi economy opened up wtth he liberation of Ferengi women.

It might be better to put this question in the television category since the Ferengi are a species introduced on Star Trek : The Next Generation. On Deep Space Nine it was established that Ferengi females are not allowed to wear clothing but Quark's mother broke the convention and wore clothes all the time.
Yet another goofy question and answer.
