shades of purple - i have green eyes too.

I buy this 2 color pack by Loreal called "spring violet" or something. I apply the darker shade to the top of my eye lids then use the lighter shade to blend it it to the crease just below my eyebrows.

The eye liner I use is by Avon (a very dark purple shade), it's like a colored pencil that I apply in small strokes across the to of my lid like I did the eye shadow.

Then I apply black mascara and there you go!

I don't wear much make up - just stuff to accentuate my eyes.

I have green eyes. I use brown, grey, blue, and purple eyeshadows (not all at the same time). I put the darker color in the crease of my eyelid, and I sweep the lighter, shimmery color on the brow bone. I don't use black mascara...I use brown. I don't really wear eyeliner, so I don't know what to tell you there. I find that wearing red or yellow clothing brings out my eyes quite a bit.

I often use brown eyeshadows and brown eyeliners to bring out the green in my eyes and usually a bronzer because i have really light skin.

When I put makeup on a girl with beautiful light green eyes: I use eyeshadow colors like; sage mint green/neutral peaches/pinks on base, swiss chocolate to shadow, frosty/white for highlight under brow. eyeliner I'd use a black and mascara always a thick full black. Blush is a choice just make sure its a pretty neutral soft pink or bronze stay away from coral reds.

It's hard to know what skin tone you have. For green eyes--browns and a little gold shimmer on the lid just above the iris. Brown mascara and eyeliner with brown hair--black with black. And don't outline your eye with black eyeliner...this is not pretty. If you insist on eyeliner, use it on the upper lid, but never on the bottom inside of your eye rim. Clothing--someting that has green accents, or green accessories--hat, scarf, peridot stones on a necklace. Hope this was a help.

I have hazel eyes and I find that burgandy colors (reds) and browns really brings out the green in them. It depends on your hair color as well. If you have super light skin you don't want to go with dark black eyeliner (it will look too heavy). If you have red hair or light blonde hair a clear mascara is good with a light brown eye liner. It's good to experiment and see what works best for you. Good luck!

Usually a good pale mauve colour (a cool pinky purple) will do the trick as shadow or liner. Also, I've found that if you wear a shirt in a colour very close to your eye colour it brings them our. That's coming from another green eyed person.
