Phrase? Or saying?
"Should schmould" I use a lot. It's deeper than you think, lol It means I always have a choice;)
And also "There's theory---and then there's life!" ie. Any theory or philosophy, or rule system is useful only a guidepost. Life is still largely a mystery. It helps me lighten up, and stay alert, and open, and not get stuck in thinking I "know", or in judging myself or others too quickly.

Sound kind of selfish and maybe it is, but I say that to myself everyday. That is what keeps me focused on my health, workouts, and alone time. I can't help others if I don't take care of myself.
