Yes. A candidate must be 35 years or older, he/she must be born in the United States and be a resident of the United States for a minimum of 14 years, not 3 as ben s said.

Yes. So long as one is born in the U.S., it doesn't matter where one's parents were born in regards to being the President.

The only way this can happen if the person’s parents are naturalized citizens of the United States. (I.E. President Bush could still be eligible if his parent had him in Mexico)

Anyone who is born in the U.S. is a natural citizen, period. So you can qualify regardless of where your parents are from.
