All I know is there is an EXIT Realty where I reside, in Hesperia, CA. It's in the high desert of Southern California, next to Victorville. I see a lot of their For Sale signs around. What exactly were you trying to find out about them? The local phone # here is 760-956-5757

I have never heard of EXIT. But, keep in mind that there are thousands of real estate companies. Most of the real estate professionals are all basically self employed and the company they work for does not significantly effect how each agent serves. I put real estate companies into two categories: Franchises and Small Entrepreneurships. You should mainly focus on each individual; most importantly their honesty and service.

i'd interview numerous brokers and choose what they could do for you, no longer what are you able to do for them. some agencies grant no table expenses operating example yet they could charge you different expenses which includes telephone, copier, internet and transaction expenses. go out realty to me isn't on the up and up. I recommend i have been to there internet web site and its merely no longer my cup of tea. obviously i have worked with numerous agencies at countless degrees so I actually have a diverse view, yet I do prepare new brokers and that i see some that are unhappy and others who're extremely joyful to be with the corporation they are with. check out (no certain order) Re/Max, Keller Williams, Tarbell Realtors, Century-21, Coldwell Banker as your important manufacturers. Then for kicks interview boutique realty agencies (off manufacturers) that way you will see that what they ought to grant. Boutique agencies are frequently brokers who've worked for important manufacturers and determined to bypass off on their personal.

havent heard of them but the name sounds like it could be from a firm who buys houses from people that have to get out from under them ie they are under duress and the company low balls you with an offer that will save you from foreclosure but ensures them a nice profit when they tirnaround and flip it on the open market
