If you are using web based e-mail like Yahoo Mail, then look for your deletec e-mail in the Trash folder. If your e-mail is not there then there is no way to recover your e-mail. All you can do is to tell the sender to send the mail once again.
If you are using web clients like Microsoft Outlook Express, then look for your e-mail in trash folder. if you have deleted your mail from that folder also, then you can use recovery softwares like Iolo's Search and Recover

It depends on who your Email provider is. With yahoo all you have to do is click on the trash icon(not empty) and it has your deleted mail, except what was deleted from the bulk folder.

If the trash bin in your inbox has been emptied or if your email account expired, you will never retrieve the email

Very probubly...there are many programs that are made to recover deleted data, do an ebay search for "recover deleted data", quite a few to choose from.

Look in the trash bin..unless you deleted that too

If it's Yahoo, check your trash...if your mailbox is set to keep it, that's where it will be.
