i think they only get upset when they guys they 'don't' want approach them. if i'm lookin good one night and a cute guy approaches me, cool. if he's nasty, not so much!

they wont like when a guy goes on her if he is :
1 - ugly.
2 - fat.
3 - broke.
4 - looking like a punk.
5 - a kid.
thats why she turns you down.
dont blame the women for you being ugly or fat whatever.
i havent been turned down, but then again i dont approach them talking about my mother.
wake up hit the gym and study get a good job if your not beautiful and hot atleast you will be smart and rich.

No idea...guess it's cause they're for attention from a certain person and when they don't get that person's attention it's a little upsetting. Some girls are just looking for the attention no matter what though, and they're b*tches so they get p*ssed off and rip the poor guy's head off...seen it many times with a friend of mine...

I think they skimpy outfits are slutty and steer clear of them, but those who wear them and act like that think like this:
1) they think the outfit is cute
2) they want the attention of a certain guy, and don't think anyother guy will notice
3) they don't really care who notices, but reject certain people

I have no answer for you. I dont understand it either. I think you should expect a certain behavior when you present yourself in such way. I am not that kind of girl...so I dont understand those who are.

because we do it to make ourselves feel good and NOT to get hit on by some ***hole who thinks we're doing it to get noticed by him. Either that or its just the wrong guy noticing...
