There are many but the easy ones are Yahoo & MSN... you can go to yahoo.com & get their toolbar which has popup blocking & allows you to scan for spyware.

Install yahoo toolbar, it has all kinds of cool features including a popup blocker.

Try using Firefox or Opera as your browser, they come with popup blockers and both are free.

The best 'free' pop-up blocker I have found, has to be the google toolbar. You can download it from the "more" option on the google search page.

http://www.panicware.com/index.html bottom left is the free one. Yahoo toolbar does NOT block all of them and this one does. When you want something to pop up that you click on, you hold down the shift key.
