I think that you sound a little anorexic. I am 5'1" and weigh 140 lbs. I wear a size 6-8 pant and I have 4 kids. If you feel good about where you are, then why worry so much?
If you are going to try to lose weight, then try changing the amount of calories that you eat in a day. 1000, 1500, 1100, etc. If you body gets used to the amount that you eat, it won't work as hard to burn off what you are eating. If you change it up, it won't know what it needs to keep or burn.

Okayy that is a fine weight...you may not be a stick, but you probably arent fat either, you are probably thin, which is good. I think that seeing a nutritionist would be good so you wont get an eating disorder. 1000 calories a day is too little. Your body probably thinks you are starving it and so your metabolism has slowed down. To build it back up, exercise and gain muscle mass as well as eat 5 small healthy meals a day. Good luck.

5'3 125lbs, im 5'7 and I weigh 125, so I wont lie, your a little chunky. I would suggest continue to drink water, eat three decent size meals and exercise, thats all you can do. and remember, not everyone is made to be a twig, if you have trouble with men, ****(the hell with them) the ones that dont like you.

The question certainly isn't "how can I lose weight?", but "How can I feel better about my body?" Guys come and go, and the pain will eventually go away, but you're always stuck with yourself. Whether we like it or not, we're the person we're going to spend the rest of our lives with. Every person has something great to offer to different aspects of society, whether that's helping one other person or many others, we just have to tap into that potential. When you get down to the nitty gritty, it doesn't matter how you look, but how you feel.
You're beautiful.
And so is everyone else.

First of all, you need to eat more. 1000 calories will make you tired. TALK TO SOMEBODY WHO LOVES YOU. And a nutritionist...this sounds like the road to an eating disorder.

i think for u your emotional issues are manifesting themselves and are more important that thinking about your weight. your health is so much more important. and it seems to me that your image of yourself is not accurate because you have all these emotional things going on.
eating 1000cal a day is low, your body can barely use that just to do its usual day to day things, much more any activity you may add to it ( like i dunno walking). your diet sounds good, if anything increase your calories, add veggies and fruits. health is more important as i said, so you should get counselling/ medical help
