Just wondering if there is still discrimination against women? or are women choosing lower paying jobs to meet family commitments etc.?

women earning less then men is a myth, the thing is men do more work then women, but they earn the same amount, men are willing to work longer hours and do tougher work, women love to get home after there day is over, and relax in a hot bath, men don't wont to go home to the family, alot more stressful place to be
