Castor Oil Cleansing followed by a few warm water enemas. A Fleet Bagenema is good to use it holds 1500ML - always add a teaspoon or two of table salt to each enema to cut down on absorption. Also add yogurt to your diet as it puts a good flora in your bowel!!! See Sources for details.....The enema site recomends a rectal tube - I tried that and did not care for it - The tip already on the Bagenema works the best for me!!! The rest of the info is very good!!!

I really like when all these natural/homeopathic people recommend colon cleansing. Honestly what is more natural than leaving your colon alone? Leave it alone, our bodies generally take of them selves. Colon irrigation can also cause your body to lose critical electrolyte and may even cause an electrolyte imbalance If constipation is your issue you don't need to irrigate your colon. Fiber based treatments like Metamucil incorporate water into your stool to help it pass better. A healthy diet is the best thing for your colon and your body.

in all honestly neither one. you can cleanse your colon by drinking alot of water and fruit juices, eating fruits and veggies. Is this for a cleanse or for constipation? They have enema's for constipation.
The irritgations and pills are listed on quackwatch.com and other sites like that. There are no real studies to back them up.

I think it is a combination of the two. Let me direct you to a website for a colon cleanse that, in my experience, is the best one out there.
www.drnatura.com click on latest testimonials, it will blow your mind!!

NEITHER. Avoid medical quackery and don't try to "cleanse your colon". It's not safe and it's not needed.
