I dont know any websites but I do work at an animal hospital and the best way to tell if an animal is dehydrated is to pinch the skin that covers their shoulder blades and pull it up like a tent, if it takes a long time to go back down then your dog or cat is dehydrated. Also the color of their gums is important too if they are really pale or blue you should take them to the vet immediately
