Have your husband walk around in boxers if he doesn't already wear them.
Buy yourself a sexy nightie.
Enjoy yourselves. Don't worry about when you're ovulating... just have sex every day! If you relax and let things just happen you will not only be less stressed but it will happen sooner. How many couples try and try forever, finally give up, and get pregnant the next month?? It happened to my cousin.
Don't tell family you're trying. They'll hound you every month, and if you're not preg it will get you depressed. Keep it a secret between you and your husband. Enjoy yourselves and I wish you the best of luck.

sex at night not in morning. if you follow the natural family book you will have a better idea of how your body shows you signs that you are fertile. me, i just look at my husband and get pregnant, for some it can take a couple years. if you havent read the book then here are some tips: your body temp will rise, but you have to take your temp before you get out of bed, and at the same time every day. you will notice a pattern every month. then there is the gliding rule. when you wipe your self in the bathroom, the toilet paper will glide like a slippery feeling, the tp won't catch. you can also check your cervix manually, with clean hands use two fingers everyday and feel the position of your cervix.up or down. you will notice during your fertile time of the month your cervix will be soft and up when ovulation starts to end you will see a change to down and hard. they say that when the cervix is soft it should feel like the tip of your nose. this may seem embarrassing to some women but the process of giving birth is much worse. there is so much more to these methods that i just can't explain with out charts. but here is the best advice i can give you, your body will tell you when your ovulating you just need to look for the signs. remember too they say that it takes a full year to get nfp down so don't get frustrated. it is a great method to plan having or not having childreen. but it takes a great deal of control and awareness. good luck to ya!

It all depends on how your body handles it. Go get a physical exam by your gyno first. He will give you lots of good advise. Start taking prenatal's now. You can also add extra folic acid (ask your dr how much you should have) That is the most important vitamin. We have had a hard time getting pregnant & it's very frustrating. If it goes on for over a year, make sure & have his sperm count checked. There's also this REALLY cool ovulation monitor you can buy at rite-aid, walgreens, etc... It's around $150, but you will know exactly when you are ovulating. If it turns out that your not ovulating, you'll know & your Dr can start you on fertility meds.

Are you married??? You don't say. But, first off you should eat right, veggies, fruit, etc, no drugs, no alcohol, exercise. Make sure you see your doctor. Take some parenting coarses. Get some books on getting pregnant, being a mother.

Don't do it. Hate to discourage you, but the world is a jacked up place and it ain't gettin any better. The ozone layer is damn near depleted and all of our food is genetically engineered. Scary times for us, I can't imagine what it would be like in about 20 years. Just something to think about, if you haven't given it any thought. If you have given it thought already and decided to do it, just be prepared for your baby to be very gassy if fed on formula. Most formula makes children extremely gassy and uncomfortable. Breast feeding is the best way to go. Best Wishes.

REST and lots of it. You wont believe how tired and exhausted you will be in the beginning and end of your pregnancy. Go with it...dont over do it and take a nap. You will feel much better and it will help your body be able to fight off the germs, like colds, flus, etc. oh yeah, get a flu shot in the fall!

Get married first if you aren't. Children need both parents; things are getting worse. Also make sure this is really what you want. A child is a full time responsibility.

The only advice I will give, is be sure this is what you want. A baby is non-returnable. It is a life-long commitment, and it
WILL CHANGE your life.
I love being a parent, but it is not for everyone. Wish you the best

Start on a good pre-natal vitamin now.
Get as much sleep as you can now.
Remember that you are still having the dirty sex ..... so it can be enjoyable.
