Where did you get the frogs??? If you found them outside return them. They won't live long in your makeshift operation there anyhow. Just save up enough money for a small tank and then BUY a frog at a pet store. They have different ones there and those were intended to be pets. You'll enjoy them longer and you'll be able to keep and treat them the way they were intended. Wildlife brought in from the outside is rarely a good idea unless you really know what you're doing and you are intending on returning the animal anyway. Sorry, but no frogs for you right now.
BTW, you can buy a 5 or 10 gal tank cheap ($50 - $100 is way too much) at places like Walmart. You'll need something to furnish the tank with though, like rocks and such and food for the frogs.
And please educate yourself on whatever pet you are ever planning on getting BEFORE you actually go and get the pet. They deserve it.

You need to feed your frogs live crickets. You can get these at most pet stores, if you can't just look on the web and there should be a breeder near you.
You can keep your frogs in a plastic tank with holes. Just make sure that there are no gaps for them to sneak out of, or use tule (a type of materials that looks like netting) secured over the top.
You can find lots of information about frogs and how to care for them at http://frogs.org.au/
When you do invest in a tank, it doesn't have to be glass, plastic fish tanks are fine.
Hope that helps

You could buy a 10 gallon aquarium for maybe $50-$100. And frogs eat flies and some species of bugs. Live crickets can be purchased at a pet store, and you only need to feed them 2-3 times a week. Ribbit^-^

What kind of frogs are they? Did you get them from a petstore? If you found them in the wild, please let them go, wildlife deserves to be wild.
That said, get a book on the subject. Books have to be fact checked, while anyone can write anything on the internet.
They are ok in the shoe box for today, but you have to get a cage for them, they need proper warmth and humidity to be healthy.
Look in the newspaper, sometimes people are trying to sell their old aquariums and you can get something cheap.

you really sound too young to care for these animals yourself... return them to the wild and then chastise your parents for not helping you or telling you to do the same!
if they change their minds and decide to help you, then first find out what kind of "frogs" you have... toads and frogs and different species of each require different care, moisture, heat, lighting, food, etc... then go from there.
