eveything is a-sexual. flies dogs and you and plants. b/c we all have to repare lost cells. other wise we will be in peaces. and would not live long.

Nope. There are male and female flies. They exchange sperm and eggs and have fertilization.

Well, there is one species I heard of that can reproduce asexually if deprived of males; Drosophila mercatorum. I'm sure there are others we haven't discovered yet. But they would rather reproduce sexually.

Nopee....the fertilize externally (i think) and then mature from egg to larvae to pupa to adult.
