If you fail 3 times,there is a waiting period before you can take the test again after that,you will have to pay to take the part of the test you failed.

Well if you fail it 3 times then that is pretty bad and you might not wanna take it again. On a more logical note, you have to wait 6 months, and then a year and so far for each individual time.

it can all differ state to state. i know where i live you have to pass the first part to go to the road part. and if you fail 3 times you have to wait 6 months.

you should wait at least a year. if you can not pay enough attention to pass a simple test, what makes you think you will pay attention enough to drive safely. remember driving is not just about you, others would like to get home safe to see their family and live the rest of their life.

i failed twice before i got mine.
i knew a women who failed 8 times then passed.
keep on trying no worries pay the fees and try again.
